Our papers are made with natural ingredients and our Phoenix Ishii botanical blends are nicotine and tobacco-free, consisting only of organic and wildcrafted herbs. However the act of smoking anything can be harmful to health as it can cause tar and carbon monoxide.

Each papers kit is handmade-to-order. For standard processing times, please allow 2-5 studio days. For expedited rush orders, please allow 1-3 studio days for processing. All packages will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, and UPS, shipping transit times depend on delivery location. We can't guarantee the transit time with postal carriers but the majority arrive within 7 business days.

The world is your oyster. We are able to print any graphics. However certain detail and colors can be lost due to the size of the papers and organic nature of the colorings. However you must own the rights or have written consent to use any artwork submitted. Please note we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order we deem false, inappropriate, or violates our terms of service.

We don't currently offer pre-rolled cones but we will be launching them in 2024, sign up for our email newsletters to be the first to be notified of their release date! Our elevated and distinct products are designed for the sophisticated smoker. Strictly not for use with tobacco but intended for legal non-psychotropic herbal blends such as mullein, passion flowers, sage etc. Try our Phoenix Ishii blends.

We know the rolling papers kits are beautiful and you want to keep them that way. Please keep all papers in a dry environment. Needless to say any water or moisture can ruin the arabic gum and designed graphics and render the papers unusable. Same storage instructions for our small batch botanicals. Please keep in a dry environment and use our freshly dried herbs and botanicals before the best by date on the back label for maximum quality and potency.

FREE standard shipping for all domestic orders over $100. For all domestic orders under $100 shipping rates calculated at checkout with various options to choose from.  Standard domestic shipping times differ on delivery location but typically are received between 3-8 business days.

If you really can't wait, we offer expedited overnight shipping for $29.99. Expedited shipping is typically overnight however in some rare cases such as inclement weather please allow up to 3 days for receipt. Expedited shipping only valid for domestic orders. Shipping rates and times vary for international orders, please check international shipping policy and abide by local laws.

All packages are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted. We have been known in the past to require an adult signature upon delivery compliant with your states laws. If you feel your state laws should change, we encourage you to write your local representative.

We work and live by the highest standards and have a rigorous quality control process in place. But in the very rare case, your product came defective or your unsatisfied, we will fully refund or exchange your unused product within 14 days of delivery not inclusive of shipping costs. Please note we cannot accept returns of Phoenix Ishii organic herbal blends, they are final sale due to sanitary reasons and Papers + Ink™ rolling papers kits, they are final sale due to the custom printed made specific to order nature of the product.
