We value your privacy! We only offer discreet shipping. All our items are delivered in plain envelopes from our Phoenix Ishii holdings. Inside the package is where the real magic happens. Each papers product is handcrafted, please allow us 3-5 business days for the custom print processing. All packages will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, and UPS, shipping transit times depend on carrier used, majority arrive within 7 business days. We have been known in the past to require an adult signature upon delivery to be compliant with your states laws. We work and live by the highest standards and have a rigourous quality control process in place. But in the very rare case, your product came defective or your unsatisifed, we will fully refund or exchange your unused product within 30 days of delivery not inclusive of shipping costs. Please note we cannot accept returns of Phoenix Ishii organic herbal blends, they are final sale due to sanitary reasons and Papers + Ink™ rolling papers, they are final sale due to the custom printed made specific to order nature of the product.

Our elevated and creative products are designed for the sophisticated smoker. Strictly not for use with tobacco but intended for legal non-psychotropic herbal blends such as mullein, passion flowers, sage etc.
I know the rolling papers are beautiful and you want to keep them that way. Please keep all papers in a dry environment. Any water or moisture can ruin the arabic gum and designed graphics and render the papers unusable. We strongly suggest to store our kits in a very dry safe place. Same storage instructions for our small batch botanicals. Please keep in a dry environment and use our freshly dried herbs and botanics before the best by date for maximum quality and potency.
We Ship Discreetly! Rolling Paper Depot ships all packages quickly and incognito. This means:
Your package will come in an unmarked postal service box or an unmarked brown box.
All shipments are shipped with the return address RPDepot.com or RPD.com.
