Our papers are made with natural ingredients and our herbals blends are nicotine and tobacco free consisting only of organic and wildcrafted herbs. However the act of smoking anything is harmful to health as it can cause tar and carbon monoxide.
We encourage responsible consumption. Please abide by local and state laws when using our products. Underage sale prohibited, not intended for use by persons under the legal smoking age. If you are under 21 in California (or considered underage in your location) and without a parents consent please exit this website now. Each state has varying age restriction guidelines for the sale of some of our products. Our systems check public records and account information to determine the buyers identity and age follow your states guidelines. We reserve the right to decline or cancel and refund any orders that we deem in our sole discretion. We appreciate your understanding in this. If you don't agree with your state or federal laws and want a change, we encourage you to write your representatives.
SHIPPING:
Standard shipping Free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $100. For all orders under $100 shipping calculated at checkout with various options. Standard domestic shipping times differ on delivery location but typically are received between 3-8 business days.
Expedited shipping If you really can't wait, we offer expedited overnight shipping for $29.99. Expedited shipping is typically overnight however in some rare cases such as inclement weather please allow up to 3 days for receipt. Expedited shipping only valid for domestic orders. Shipping rates and times vary for international orders, please check international shipping policy and abide by local laws.
All packages are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted. We have been known in the past to require an adult signature upon delivery to be compliant with your states laws. If you feel your state laws should change, we encourage you to write your local representative.

Each papers kit is handmade-to-order, for standard processing times please allow 3-5 studio days. For expedited rush orders, please allow 1-3 studio days for processing. All packages will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, and UPS, shipping transit times depend on delivery location, majority arrive within 7 business days.

We use only natural ingredients in our papers to create the cleanest taste: organic unbleached papers, natural arabic gum sourced from the acacia gum tree, and non-toxic food grade vegetable based inks. Manufactured in USA w responsibly sourced global ingredients.

We work and live by the highest standards and have a rigorous quality control process in place. But in the very rare case, your product came defective or your unsatisifed, we will fully refund or exchange your unused product within 14 days of delivery not inclusive of shipping costs. Please note we cannot accept returns of Phoenix Ishii organic herbal blends, they are final sale due to sanitary reasons and Papers + Ink™ rolling papers kits, they are final sale due to the custom printed made specific to order nature of the product. Our elevated and creative products are designed for the sophisticated smoker. Strictly not for use with tobacco but intended for legal non-psychotropic herbal blends such as mullein, passion flowers, sage etc.
I know the rolling papers are beautiful and you want to keep them that way. Please keep all papers in a dry environment. Any water or moisture can ruin the arabic gum and designed graphics and render the papers unusable. We strongly suggest to store our kits in a very dry safe place away from direct sunlight as that can cause colors to fade. Same storage instructions for our small batch botanicals. Please keep in a dry environment and use our freshly dried herbs and botanics before the best by date for maximum quality and potency.
